Observed Continuous Contour Drawing

With observed continuous drawing; its still difficult because now that you can see the drawing you have to train your mind not to over analyze what you are drawing. Now that you are observing you really need to make you draw everything that you see. Also I didn't touch on this in the blind but these lines are continuous so you do not pick your pencil up so you have to challenge yourself with creating all the lines.

Blind Continuous Contour Drawing

In this exercise was difficult because you do not look at what you are drawing. With this exercise the challenge is to get your pencil and eye to become one. To take your eye and follow the image while your pencil draws what you are seeing and to understand the ending results is not going to be perfect and that it should look distorted in some way or practically abstracted.
